Phnom Penh Post
The sun goes down in Phnom Penh yesterday and we enter today, the last of 2010. It has been a year when victims of the Khmer Rouge received a semblance of justice, the Kingdom’s opposition leader was jailed in absentia and the state took a tougher stand with the global community. Overshadowing all this was last month’s Diamond Island bridge stampede where 353 people lost their lives.
