Cambodian DPM Hor Namhong Briefs Reporters His fruitful Outcome Visit Upon His Arrival Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong confirmed on Wednesday that he will pay an official visit to the US next month.
Hor Namhong, who just arrived home from a two-day visit to Thailand, told reporters upon his arrival that "The US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton has invited me to meet her during my trip to the UN General Assembly in New York in September."
He added that the US Embassy to Cambodia also proposed his visit to the US, adding that "I notice that the Secretary of State is very clear-speaking, affable, and frank to speak out about development between Cambodia and the US."
He said, "We plan to visit the US in October although I have a busy schedule." He noticed that the bilateral cooperation between the two nations has positively improved, including bilateral trade. |
